Liability Waiver — Raptor Roost

Please read and acknowledge each of the following

Voluntary Participation. I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to attend and view a rocket launch event at Raptor Roost. I understand and accept the potential risks associated with dry camping near the river and in proximity to rocket launches, including but not limited to environmental conditions, wildlife, and natural elements.Acknowledgment of Risks. I understand that the nature of the rocket launch involves inherent risks and dangers that may arise from various factors, including but not limited to launch malfunctions, debris, and unforeseen events that can lead to hazardous conditions.Assumption of Risk. In consideration for being permitted to view the rocket launch at Raptor Roost, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Raptor Roost, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.Indemnification and Waiver of Liability. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raptor Roost, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action brought by third parties arising from my participation in the rocket launch event.Media Release. I understand that photography and video recordings may be taken during the event. By signing this waiver, I grant Raptor Roost and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute any photographs, video recordings, or other media that include my image, likeness, or voice for promotional, marketing, or other related purposes without any compensation to me.Age Verification and Understanding of Waiver. I confirm that I am of legal age and fully competent to sign this liability waiver (or that I am the parent/legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor), and I have read and fully understand its content. I voluntarily and willingly waive these rights and intend to be legally bound by this agreement.Camping and Waste Management. I understand that Raptor Roost is a "dry camping" site, and I am responsible for bringing my own food and beverages.Disposal Policy. I acknowledge that Raptor Roost operates on a "pack in and pack out" policy, and I will responsibly manage and dispose of all waste generated during my stay.Alcohol and Intoxicants. I acknowledge that alcohol consumption and the use of intoxicants are discouraged during the event.
